Animation - a plane flying from one country to another x 11

Quick turnaround project (delivery by 12pm UK time Saturday 24th April)

I'm looking for an animation showing a 3d globe with a location marker (e.g. London) and then a line with a small plane on the end of it that 'flies' to another location, also with a location marker on it (e.g. Sydney) to demonstrate a flight journey. As shown in this video here:

I'm looking for 11 separate animations (one location to the next showing a location tag at the starting location and end location like they demonstrate in the video) e.g.

1. London to Sydney
2. Sydney to New York
etc

The animation should be delivered in a format that can be imported into Premiere Pro (its for a travel video).
