I would like my logo as an animated gif. I would like it to animate in a glitch animation, in exactly the same way as this: https://i.gifer.com/GtwT.gif

Please make it a fairly large size with a black background so I can resize.

I would also need a static of the logo too. The version I did isn't very professional.
