I have two logo's and two buttons I would like to animate into gifs.
1. My Toad needs to blink.
2. My toad needs to blink, and the stars in the background need to flash.
3. My two buttons have morse code around them. This code needs to be animated.
These gif's are to be installed into my site, so should not affect site speed etc.
