Information for the business: we are a startup selling software

Design details: We have provided a storyboard as a pdf to the post, please consult to see what we require in detail.

The animation will sit on the front page of our website, the aims are:
Explain our product to non-technical parties.
A voiceover should be provided.
A simple professional style is required.
We will need to be able change the brand logo as this is still being developed.
The provider should work with us to refine the storyboard as this is our first attempt to commission an animation
We will want the design files so we can update the update the animation ourselves if required.
We will own all copyright of the final material.
English is our only language
We need to be able to review the work before sign off.
We will want samples of the voiceover artist used.

    I am not a fan of whiteboard as it is very busy on the eye and draws attention away from the message I think.

    Are you only interested in animators who can also provide voice over work or would you consider hiring a voiceover artist separately? What about music? I would like to send a proposal for the work however clients normally send me the audio track to work from.
