A short animation to celebrate the wedding of my brother

Based on the storyboard attached I would like an animation done. I could be stop-motion, or it could be a white-board animation. I'm open to ideas on the style.... the examples you send me will greatly influence my decision, but the key thing is you must complete the first draft by Thursday 24th April!!! I can imagine 3fps could work, but please suggest something...I'm interested in the overall effect, which must be amazing!

In terms of sound, I would like it set to a single song, which I will advise. In terms of other sound or foley, just a crowd clapping and cheering, a middle aged lady saying "take your cap off" and a different middle aged lady saying "nice choice of wine", then the sound of the sea gently lapping against the shoreline.

Please deliver it in a format I can view on an iPhone or iPad.
