3D animation of helicopter passenger briefing

Information for the business: We are a multimedia company specializing in HSEQ support.
Design details: Creation of animated clips (JPEG sequences) based on supplied 3D models to be used in short 5 to 7 minute edits.
Subject matter is helicopter briefings featuring characters of various ethnicity and for numerous aircraft types. We would provide ready made aircraft and character models that have to be animated to requirements. Individual scene clips are usually about 2 to 5 seconds long. We would provide scripts and examples of similar / previous programmes.
Target audience: Offshore oil and gas personnel
Ideas for the visual style: We will provide templates and samples
Extra notes: Ideally you be using or at least familiar with Maxxon Cinema 4D, which is the platform we currently use for all our output, but other similar packages are fine as long as you can import pre-designed models
