2D Animation of a map - Total duration 5 to 10 seconds

We are looking for an animator to create a 2D animation of a map. The animation should last between 5 and 10 seconds and involve animating the lines connecting different cities on the map. We will provide the image of the map with the points of the cities marked. The image is currently flat with no layers. Animation should be created in in stylish way.

Please provide previous work and once selected we will provide you with the map.
