2D Animation of a Character Beatboxing [supplied] 25 seconds long.

Design details: I am producing a book of a feature character. I need a good 2D animator to work with the character that is already fully created. to produce a 25 second piece. Plain white back ground. And character features are quite unique so experience in mild movement and understanding is key.

I have a still image for character reference of the character in a beatboxing pose with a mic and some other visual reference of the character

The beatboxing sample is about 25 seconds long. And I need you to animate her so she genuinely looks like she is Beatboxing to the this particular sample.

This animation will stand alone as a short animation and also be included in a 60 second promo for the book. I would like the movements and facial movements to be relatively mild. She is holding a mic, she may move her facial expressions to produce the sound and her free arm will move a little (like she is scratching a record) and a little sway possible and a little bending of the legs.
