Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Information on the business: Public Sector Healthcare Provider
Industry: Healthcare
Design details: I require a specialist bespoke Whiteboard Animator rather than a keen generalist with access to Whiteboard software.
This is a realistic budget for a very high quality deliverable.
Examples of the standard required can be found below. These show the amount of animation, colour and flow that is required:

Voiceover should be used to minimize the amount of on-screen text, make the animations as engaging as possible and keep the videos to <2 minutes and 12 minutes maximum respectively. Nevertheless, they should also generally 'makes sense' to those watching who cannot hear the sound.
The first animation is a short teaser to encourage viewers to want to access the second longer video which explains how to bid for access to the 'Innovation Incubator' and associated funding.
Suggested scripts for both animations are attached to enable bidders to make a full and proper assessment of their ability to successfully deliver this project. I am open minded about improvements to both scripts.
Target audience: Internal Trust Staff - "Innovators"
Ideas for the visual style: 'RSA' style whiteboard animation
Things to avoid: Off-the-shelf and low quality animations
Extra notes: The work will be awarded at GMT 5pm on 25th November 2013.
Final signed-off versions of both animations need to be ready by COP 2nd December. I will be presenting the videos to the Trust Board prior to them appearing on the intranet for 7,000 employees to view. This is a high profile piece of work so please do not propose unless you are confident of your ability to deliver to time and quality.
Any generic proposals will be rejected without consideration. Please only provide examples of your work that are directly relevant and reflect the quality of the deliverable for this project.
