Design details: We need an animated video to explain how our service to new customers, brief below:
Screen 1 (plane landing, then person takes coins and note out of his pocket and puts into a drawer, disappointed that he can’t change it in the bank.)
“Every year, millions of euro are lost from our economy due to holiday makers returning home with foreign currency in their pockets that they can’t exchange for value.”
Screen 2 (Currency exchanger machine! Taaadaaaa!! Enlightening music sound effect)
“Introducing the currency exchanger!”
Screen 3 (person typing into their phone, then phone screen shows map)
Simply locate your nearest Currency Exchanger machine on www.charteredmercantile.com
Screen 4 (Person standing beside the exchanger machine writes their details onto bag – as per photo)
“Write your details on bags provided”
Screen 5 (Person putting coins and note into the bag as shown in photo)
“Put your currency inside and seal the bag”
Screen 6 (Person scanning their bag with the machine)
Scan barcode on the bag using the machine
Screen 7 (Person putting bag into dropsafe)
Place bag in dropsafe and take your receipt
Screen 8 (at home, shows person typing into computer, then typing in the number from their receipt and clicking on accept when the screen shows a value €60)
Screen 9 Log into Charteredmercantile.com using the details on the receipt
Screen 10 Cheque through a door to show person receiving their money
