Description
Design details: I am creating a 3D Firefighter Game based in the UK. I need a British Fire Truck designing. Copied from Photos.
This Fire Truck will need to be animatable, and good quality for use in my Windows PC - Firefighter game. It will need to perform well in the game though too. As its a realistic game, it needs to look good, but not be to heavy on computer resources.
I am not 100% familiar with 3D design, so am not sure on the difference between Low Poly/High Poly.

Hi Spencer, the difference between low and high poly in basic visual terms comes down to how angular and detailed a model will look, high poly models will tend to look smoother and contain more minute detail than low poly ones however, there are ways to make low poly models look more detailed than they really are by transferring high poly detail on to a low poly model, unity can allow for normal maps so that can be done.
May I ask, how close do you need to get to the fire engine, that will affect how detailed the model needs to be.Spencer C.26 Apr 2017Hi Peter;
I am looking to get the model quite close to this visual style.

For our game, vehicles are the most important thing, as its all about driving the trucks and travelling on them. Obviously as I am self funding I am looking at keeping prices as low as possible for the project.

Budget flexible. But preferably want to keep it as low as possible - as I'm self funding project.
Deadline 1 - 2 weeks.
