UAE Number Plate Visual System

Create a hyper-realistic, unified visual system of UAE number plates and presentation templates that can be used across our platform, social content, marketing materials, and advertising creatives.

The final outputs must look indistinguishable from real photography, even at close range — polished, luxury, and authentic to the UAE market.

1. DELIVERABLE OVERVIEW

The designer (or team) will produce three categories of assets:

Front-Facing Plate Templates
– A full collection of photorealistic number plates for every emirate, code, and digit configuration.

Hero Presentation Templates
– A premium studio-style setup where any plate can be dropped in for advertising or promotional purposes.

On-Car Display Renders
– A curated set of 25 high-quality car visuals (front and rear) with pre-aligned Smart Object layers to showcase plates naturally and believably.

2. FRONT-FACING PLATE COLLECTION

Purpose
Used as product imagery across listings, search results, and press materials.

Requirements

Perspective: perfectly front-facing, flat alignment (not angled).
Lighting: realistic studio lighting — softbox reflections, metallic sheen, depth shadows around embossed text.
Texture: subtle metal or enamel finish, visible light reflection, and slight edge curvature for realism.
Typography: exact replication of official emirate typefaces (or closest licensed equivalents).

Emirates to include:
Dubai
Abu Dhabi
Sharjah
Ajman
Ras Al Khaimah
Fujairah
Umm Al Quwain

For each emirate:
Code position (left / right / top depending on emirate format)
Digit variants: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 digits
Category variants: Private, Classic, Motorcycle

Output format:

Layered PSD/AI with Smart Objects for code and number
Background: neutral light gray / transparent
Resolution: 4K minimum (to support large-scale use)

3) STANDARDIZED HERO TEMPLATE — ON CAR WITH SURROUND

Purpose
Single, repeatable master scene for ads/landing pages where the plate is the hero and the car is supporting, slightly blurred. This must look like a real photo.

Composition

View: front-facing (primary) + rear variant (secondary).

Plate position: center, occupying 60–70% of frame width.

Car: unbranded orange supercar silhouette (McLaren/Lambo-adjacent) with clean bumper geometry and neutral gloss. No OEM badges/logos.

Depth of field: shallow DOF so car details are softened; plate is razor sharp.

Background: clean outdoor asphalt or neutral showroom; no distractions.

Surround (Frame)

Copy: our brand name along bottom rail only.

Material options: gloss black (primary), matte black.

Finish: subtle edge bevel, micro-speculars, soft dust—photoreal.

Brand orange accents allowed only as a slim inlay or micro pin-stripe (optional layer).

Lighting & Realism

Twin softbox reflections left/right; faint sky dome reflection across the top of the plate.

Contact shadows where frame meets bumper; gentle ambient occlusion under the frame lip.

Micro-imperfections: ultra-subtle dust/polish swirls (≤5% opacity), tiny mounting marks.

No harsh glares on numerals; ensure emboss depth shadow (2–3 px at 4K).

4. ON-CAR DISPLAY VISUALS (25 VEHICLES)

Purpose
Used for marketing, social media, and listing presentations — plates shown naturally mounted on cars.

Requirements
25 vehicles total, covering diverse and aspirational segments:

5 Supercars (McLaren, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche 911, Aston Martin)
5 Luxury sedans (Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7, Audi A8, Lexus LS, Rolls-Royce Ghost)
5 SUVs (Range Rover, G-Wagon, Urus, Cullinan, Defender)
5 Sports/Performance cars (M4, AMG GT, Corvette, R8, GT-R)
5 Everyday vehicles (Patrol, Prado, Camry, Golf, Yaris, etc.)

Each vehicle:

Front view and rear view templates (at least one of each per car)
Lighting must match realistic daylight or showroom conditions
Plate area should have pre-aligned Smart Object for swapping designs
Include subtle reflections, curvature, and lighting wrap around plate edges
Resolution: 4K+ minimum, layered PSDs or renders with separated lighting layers

Optional Variants

Lifestyle backgrounds (urban street, luxury villa driveway, neutral studio).
Matching shadow and reflection under car for realism.


5. VISUAL STYLE & BRAND TONE

Overall Look: Luxury, clean, aspirational — similar to automotive product photography.

Lighting Style: Balanced softbox lighting with reflective highlights.

Color Palette: Monochrome neutrals (white, gray, black, metallic), accent orange (#FF6A00) if needed.

Consistency: identical lighting direction and camera perspective across all emirate plate sets.

Focus: Plates should always be the hero object — cars act as supporting context.
