Sketchup Rendering Architectural Interior

I need a 3d Sketchup model done of a 3 story house, with a smaller laneway house in the back. With mockup furniture. I do not have the CAD Files, only pdf.

Then I would like to to use that model to create a realistic rendering via Vray. will need to add trees and vegetation.

Please quote for each. Sketch will be done first, later things finalized and then Vray later.

Also quote for these pdf file to be made into a CAD file with proper Xref's, Blocks and layers, lineweights.
