SketchUp Pro 3D Modelling & Technical Drawing Pack

We are a UK-based specialist contractor designing, installing squash courts nationwide.
We require an experienced SketchUp Pro professional to refine and expand our existing 3D models and produce a complete, scaled technical drawing pack using SketchUp and Layout.

This is construction-focused modelling work, not just visualisation.
Scope of Work
1. SketchUp 3D Modelling (Fully to Scale – Millimetres)
• Review and refine our existing SketchUp court models
• Ensure geometry is accurate and buildable
• Clean component structure and organised tagging system
• Model additional court configurations including:
– Single court
– Multiple court layouts (2 to 7 courts)
– Moveable side wall systems
– Fixed wall systems
– Single-skin and double-skin wall panels
– Glass backed wall systems
– Floor build-ups in timber
Models must be precise and suitable for extracting technical sections and details.

2. SketchUp Layout – Full Drawing Pack Setup
Create a professional Layout template and drawing pack including:
• Branded title block
• Plans
• Elevations
• Sections and section-through details
• 3D sectional views
• Dimensioned drawings
• Clear scales and drawing numbering system
Final output required:
• Clean, organised SketchUp master model(s)
• Layout files ready for ongoing use
• Print-ready PDF drawing pack
The drawing pack must be suitable for main contractor tenders, architect coordination and client presentations.
Requirements
• Advanced SketchUp Pro and Layout experience
• Demonstrable experience producing technical / architectural drawing packs
• Strong understanding of construction detailing
• Clear English communication
• Portfolio showing technical drawings (not just rendered visuals)
Project Structure
We will begin with a paid test milestone for one single court drawing pack to assess accuracy and workflow. If successful, this will expand into the full modelling and drawing package.
Please provide:
• Fixed price for the full scope
• Separate price for the initial test milestone
• Examples of similar technical work completed
This may lead to ongoing modelling work in the future.
