SketchUp model of open kitchen for visualisation

We have a 2D CAD design for a kitchen extension that we would like to create as a 3D model in Sketch up for personal visualization purposes (see PDF print). I would provide as DWG file to you. I have Sketchup but I am a novice user so will be happy to view and amend once I have a model created hence why I am seeking someone to do this for me. We want the whole space (kitchen/dining/family room and utility room) modelling showing all walls, ceilings, windows, doors, kitchen cabinetry, dining table, sofas and other main furniture and lights. We do not need sockets or the detail to be high, just basic outlines of cabinetry and windows is fine as it is just for visualization purposes. In the image below I still have lights to add on.
