Design details: I have a need for a sketch up model to be produced (external only) for a pub to flats conversion project i am involved with. I am proficent at sketch up myself but simply dont have time due to other commitments but do not want to let my client down (he is a very good repeat client).

The pub has been converted into flats and is now being marketed for sale. I need a model producing that either you can render or send to me for me to render myself (please state on your bid). While not photo realistic, it needs to be of reasonable detail to impress potential buyers.

I will also need an overview of the site, to show parking areas etc. Levels arent required, just assume flat site.

I can send a dwg file of the building and photos and have attached a pdf to show you the property.
