Sketch up render

I have around 20plus drawings I have done on sketch-up, and was wondering if you could make them more realistic. To explain what I mean I have attached 2 drawings of what I have done (3drawunit.skp) and also (3drawunit.jpg). Also attached is an example of what I would like it changed to if possible. (realistic photo.jpeg. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Harry
