Simple apartment block building to be modeled in 3d Studio Max

I would like a simple apartment block to be modeled in 3DS Max. I do not need any textures applied, but would like separate placeholder materials added so that I can easily select materials and add textures myself afterwards. I do not need any lighting and I do not need any of the site to be modeled. Could you please leave the plans and elevations in the .MAX scene so that I can check that the model is accurate. Could you also please let me know when you could get this over to me by. I have attached a jpeg of plans just for the purpose of providing a quote but I will send over the full CAD (.dwg) drawings on acceptance. I would like a decent amount of detail to be included ie gutters and rainwater pipes etc. If interested and assuming all goes well I can provide future work (usually one or two projects per month) on an ongoing basis.
