Shared space floor-plan/3D visualization floor plan /3D modeling

We are looking for a designer who has experience sketching floor-plans for our shared space and make virtual design pictures for the space.

The are is 270m²
* you will the floor plan file in the attachments ( note: the wall in the middle can be removed).
*check the space real pictures in the attachments

The are consist of:
-waiting area
-business lounge
-meeting room
-seminar room
-shared working space
-mini kitchen

We need:
- Detailed Floor Plans
- Detailed Exterior-Elevations (front, rear, right and left)
-Wall, roof details


Local Builder`s / Engineer´s responsibilities:

1. Structural Engineering
2. Materials (Structure / Framing, Interior, Exterior)
3. Detailed Work Drawings (Structure / Framing, Sewerage, Water, Ventilation, Electricity, Heating)

The project need to be done by two weeks
