Revit design Refurbishment and extension of residential house

The project is a residential project in the UK. A terrace house that is being renovated.

I have some floor plan options but now I need some 3d of how the space can develop based on those floor plans.

I need someone very good with Revit with residential experience.

Tasks …
1. clean up the original Revit model
2. Set up 5 x 3d views of the existing building
3. Design 3d options of the new floorplan options provided. There are 3-floor plan options in total. The output will be updated plans and black and white hidden lines of the views directly outputted from Revit with furniture including kitchen cabinet, seating tables shelves, windows roof lights, doors, sliding doors to be able to get a sense of the space. Library furniture is ok to use.
