Required: 3d modelling/rendering of sofas and beds

We need to make detailed 3D CAD models of Sofas and Beds to then be used in CGI. The CAD model needs to be made so it’s fully rotational and scalable, can be materialised and textured and then sent as an OBJ or 3DS Max file which is preferred.
A line drawing of the sofas / Beds and the textures / materials will be supplied to make the models. Detailing and shadowing is a skill that is required as essential. A quick turnaround will be required. Use of VRAY, Corona, 3DS Max is preferred so full rendering can be completed.
This will be an ongoing requirement with weekly projects.
