Renders for huge international group of companies

We are looking for a reliable partner for our group of companies who can do visualisations for apartment buildings on a regular basis and also without a long lead time. The focus is on exterior shots, but the option for interior shots would be optimal. Plans and DXF files will be sent directly from us, as well as with the order. Our volume is about 200-300 renderings per year. We would now like to agree on a fixed offer for the next 6 months, probably around 100 renderings. When ordering, we usually need four renderings (two exteriors, two interiors), preferably within 2-3 working days, as we work with jumpy investors.
