In need of real estate renderings for two quad plex's (4 apartments each) side by side. Local zoning requires the front facades of each building to be slightly different than the other. This can be accomplished with a change in siding , porch, roof line etc. Attached you will find the floor plan of apartments in the prospective build along with building layout. Also - you will find two sample photos of a real estate listing next door to subject property for reference: Renderings will require 4 exterior (Front, Rear, Left, Right) elevations and 4 Interior renderings (Living room / Kitchen, Master Bath, Master Bed , Guest Bed). Use attached floor plan as a reference.
