Re-work of Sketchup 8 model of ballroom

Design details: I have created a model of a ballroom that I will be producing a sales conference in, I have used my own model for 4 years now, but it is rough and I need a professional to clean it up or just create a new one based on my model. I will provide dimensions below, It does not need to be highly detailed just accurate in dimensions as this affects my layout and design. I require the full, unprotected Sketchup 8 file, no screen shots JPEGS ect ,for my own working afterwards. Major components grouped together.... I will DropBox my model upon start of your job.
Ideas for the visual style: SketchUp ballroom
Extra notes: Following my model I will need white drapes on walls @24' tall which is ceiling height, I will need round tables and chairs placed as "groups"...again details not needed, just the room walls, floor, simple ceiling like I had, and basic shapes that I have in the current model example below.
