Description
Experience Level: Expert
I designed Project Artand-6 to be built in a flood hazard area on a lot with a south-north orientation and to function as a multi-generational family home and to have in addition a few Master Bedrooms to be rented through Airbnb.
My goal is to change the concept of how we build our homes from just money and energy consumers to money and energy producers. It is possible to reach this goal because the internet produced Airbnb and the concept of "we". I love the concept of "we" because it is a Christian concept (it is about my "neighbor") and it is in opposition to the concept of "Not In My Back Yard" (NIMBY) which has nothing to do with the Christian civilization. I like the concept of "we" and I am adapting my projects to this concept and to climate change. Also, my goal is to transform the home loan into a family business investment.
I designed the wood structure of Project Artand-6 based on engineering calculations to stand up to 220 mile per hour winds and strong earthquakes, and I have technology to build this project with maximum $100 per square foot in order to be affordable for people with low income.
The roof was designed to support safely and efficiently a residential green power plant of minimum 50kW (solar and residential vertical axis wind turbines) and because of that this home can function totally independent from the electric grid for an unlimited time. Also, the power plant can charge the family's electric cars in the garage which is equipped with proper chargers.
I would like to have Project Artand-6 executed in 3D electronic support. Please find attached the East Elevation, Level 3 and the Attic Level.
Level 1 is the garage and Level 2 is symmetrical with Level 3.
