Project Artand-3

Project Artand-3 has six (6) bedrooms, five (5) bathrooms, two (2) kitchens and one (1) living room. I designed this project to be built on a lot with a south-north orientation. My goal is to transform the concept of how we build our homes from just money and energy consumers to money and energy producers. By using efficiently the space and using wood structure and synthetic stucco it is possible to make our homes affordable and energy efficient. We can reach this goal because we have four new factors in the market: green technologies (solar and residential vertical axis wind turbines), the internet, synthetic stucco and Airbnb.

If climate change is real then we must build safe homes and we have to learn to share.

Please find attached Level 1, the Attic and the East Elevation. I would like to have Project Artand-3 executed in 3D electronic support.

In flood hazard areas (or in any area) I have technology to lift up Project Artand-3 with 8 feet from the ground and to use the ground level as a garage equipped with proper chargers for the electric cars.

I have technology to build this project with maximum $100 per square foot (the land is not included).

I am working very hard to make my projects safe, affordable and feasible because I know that: "What is good for the banks is good for the country."
