Phtorealist render

Required: 3 photorealistic renders of The Alpina Apart-Hotel. Two daytime - front of building and back, and one night time - front of building. See specification with texture and render examples below.

Note: The existing file will be sent in Sketch Up format (skp.). Some textures are Vray ready, some will require further preparation.

Scene 13: Front daytime render (see image A below to see existing model)

Specification:

Complete background and make a realistic as possible
Ensure all textures are realistic as possible
Texture of clad and roof specification below
Upper windows require reflection of sea view and sky
Anything else required to bring these scene to life, such as changing the bushes around the garden area so that they’re not all identical & the surrounds of the top windows to be block grey to match the bottom lower section windows
