Photo-realistic 3D Modelling for furniture product images

We are on the look out for a 3D designer who is able to help us create photo-realistic stand alone product images for items such as fabric sofas & armchairs. We need to be able to apply different fabric textures and in a range of different colours from multiple angles.

It is not essential but a 360 render of each item would be a bonus. See example images below.

Potentially some in situ lifestyle shots after. Quality needs to be very high and realistic.
