Description
Experience Level: Entry
This model is being developed specifically as a base for high-fidelity AI rendering. Precision and proper organization are paramount. NB. A limit of 3 files means the .dxf contains all layers. These will be available as separate layers, positioned 0,0
1. Scope of Work
The primary objective is to create a geometrically accurate 3D model of the Passivilla 1 structure and its immediate "hardscape" environment.
Model strictly the following:
The Building: Based on the provided DXF geometry. - 4 elevations, roof, floorplan
Hardscape Elements: 2M high wall, the driveway and parking areas, and the pond boundary.
Contextual Massing: Create simplified massing blocks for the neighbouring structures to ensure accurate shadow casting.
Do NOT model:
Trees, shrubs, or detailed vegetation.
Site surface textures (grass/dirt).
Note: These environmental elements will be generated via AI, so please keep the model clean of these details.
2. Scaling and Accuracy
Master Reference: Use; passivilla 1 portrait site plan.dxf as the primary source of truth for all scaling and site layout.
Scaling Protocol: Set the SketchUp scale by referencing the dimensioned site lines within passivilla 1 portrait site plan.dxf .
Contextual Reference: Use "Aerial plot shot2.jpg" and "Site from Mill Lane.jpg" for site orientation, building placement, and solar analysis only. Do not trace or scale building geometry from these images due to perspective distortion.
3. Layer and Material Organization
To ensure the model is ready for AI material assignment, you must use the following tag/layer naming convention for the primary building components. Do not deviate from these names:
Element SketchUp Tag/Layer
Roofing Roof__Slate_Grey
Solar panels Solar_Integrated_Roof
Main Walls Cladding__Ice_White
Windows Windows_Flush_RAL7001
Triple Door Door_Triple_RAL7001
Doors Door_Front_Aluminium_RAL7001
Doors Door_Utility_RAL7001
Door Garage Door_Garage_RAL7001
Hardscaping Driveway_Stone
Gutter Gutter_RAL7001
Downpipe Downpipe_RAL7001
4. Camera Views and Scenes
Please establish the following camera positions (passivilla 1 camviews.pdf) and save them as permanent Scenes within the SketchUp file:
View 1: Direct approach from Drive gate +5 metres from ground level.
View 2: Elevated view +10 metres from ground level
View 3: Elevated +15 metres from ground level
View 4: Head high +2 metres from ground level
5. Provided Files (in .zip) to successful Freelancer
I will only consider proposals from Freelancers who demonstrate export SketchUp skills with references.
