Needing our block to look like a real concrete block

Hi we have had work done on here to show our block in a 3D design as of now they are color coded, ex . green , grey ect..

We are now needing someone new to take our files and make the block look like a real construction block, as well as taking our block and sleeves ,ect... and showing how it can build a house easily in a 1 minute video. Please attach some of your previous work
