Need to make rendered Model In any 3D software

Industry: Art and Design
Design details: I need the 3d specialist to make model out of elevations and plans that i provide considering following condition

The models i need to make are

two kitchens / number of bathrooms ( will confirm as required by client
one majlis
a number of bedrooms
one stair case
one external landscape
( each project to be considered separate- please price per project not for the whole work

I would prefer a 3D specialist in UAE or India so that telephonic conversation is possible

I will provide Plans / Sections and Elevation in Autocad. I will also mention material in each drawing . In case of kitchen i will provide mood images also so that the details can be placed according to the images. In case of finalized details- will provide the autocad drawings

Only specialist in UAE and Inda need respond
