Need to create usable sketchup from DWG

I have CAD DWG files. I need to create the basic layouts of these in Sketchup. This includes floors, walls, ceiling heights, object placement (beds, bath, etc.), doors, windows. I do NOT need accurate rendering of materials. This is more about visualising the placement of furniture, walls, doors, windows to get an idea of space.
sample DWGs attached. I have more from the same project. please confirm that you will cover ALL areas in your proposal.
Important... you must supply me with Sketchup (pro) files so I can open in Sketchup Pro and continue to edit. Please inform me BEFORE accepting if you plan to use any plugins which I may need to download or buy to open your files in sketchup pro.
