Need 3D drawing in real for foam cutout to place on food truck

Design details: We need a 3D drawing of our logo on a drawing so it can be cut out as 1 piece and it should be able to be put clammed on our food truck opening.
size of the food truck door where the logo has to be fit on.
256cm width x 3,5 cmheight (size of the openingdoor)
The logo has to be 15cm depth to be solid enough.
Target audience: Foodies

Extra notes: the complete logo is

but the name banh mi can be left out. So the actual drawing should be
Vietnamese street food in a street food font type (see our website banh-mi.be
the example shows a rectangle where the white is cutout so the whole foam can be put over the food truck door while open, it should be able stand up from itself.
