HI Kishan, to quote accurately, can you confirm exactly what you want delivered and at what level: (1) which outputs you need at handover (SKP + DWG/DXF + PDFs, and which plans/elevations), (2) whether the “design work at the front where new joins existing” is concept layout only or needs to be planning/submission-ready, and (3) the number of options you want shown (e.g., staircase positions / shelving layout / solar panel layout)?
