Makeshift TV Studio Space 3D renders

I'm looking for two different 3D renders of the same makeshift TV studio space. The goal is to visually explore different layout options within the non traditional environment of a coffee shop.

Scope of Work:
Create two distinct 3D visulalisations of the same space
Each render to show a different staging setup
The focus is on furniture, sets, screens and drapes rather than camera positions or lighting
The renders should be clean and realistic, with the intention of helping stakeholders understand what's possible in the space we have.

I will supply room dimensions, reference photos of the actual space, visual references and furniture assumptions.

Tenders should include price, estimated timeline, the number of revisions included as well as options for file formats
