Looking for Lead Artist for NFT collection

Hello,

Im a software developer and fashion designer. I wanted to ask if you will be willing to join my team as the lead artist to build a base character model, design 187 traits in categories such as hair, mouth, background, colour, clothing, makeup, eyes etc in order for us to generate a 10k 3D NFT collection pieces based off the 187 traits.

The collection will be based around one female base character with different hair and skin tones. I have made a trait document with everything outlined x
It is a fashion based NFT and I will share my 2D fashion designs with you so you convert to 3D for the base character to wear. We will also have some rare NFTs based around real life famous people.
I am looking for an artist in my team for an NFT collection .

I have attached an example NFT and level of clothing detail I am looking for.
I will also offer equity in sales of the project.
