looking 4 a sketch a concept of a cultural modern destination

We are a real-estate Company that based on Saudi Arabia looking for an architect to sketch a concept of a cultural modern destination in Riydah , Saudi Arabia . The destination has to be reflected back on Riydah culture and very Creative ( 40,000 square meter ). It’s a complex of few buildings with a nice landscaping for outdoor events and festivals.

Concept Design: we’re looking for modern design that inspired by Riyadh City and Riyadh history. Something creative to be land mark of Riyadh City. We need general prospective for indoor and outdoor.

Format: Hand sketching / 3D design


That has the following :

1- Indoor theater that fit 1200+ chair
2- Outdoor theater fits 800+ chair
3- Movie theater (1 main and 3 smaller for local movie producers.)
4- Gallery ( 3,000 SM)
5- Ball room ( hall ) 8,000 SM for indoor different actives and events.
6- Rental space for Restaurants and Coffeeshops that facing the landscaping area
7- Education room ( for workshops and such ) could be in the second floor
8- Rooftop for a Restaurant or a coffeeshop
9- Facilities ( restrooms - Parking – admin offices)
10- Giant Art piece
