Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Design details: 2d
3d
3d presentation simulation
Ideas for the visual style: none
Extra notes: Ready to hire a freelancer for:
* 2D sketch in scale,
**3D lay-out,
*** 3D system simulation, with robot arm which must have:
A. 5 axis input ROBOT ARM (loads the system),
fixed on the ceiling and moving on 3 meters long rails on the X axis and radially 1.2 meters (3 meters in diameter desirable)
A1. visual identification of the blanks (12 different products total) horizontal and randomly placed in plastics containers measuring 0.8 m x 0.5 m x 0.15 m over 3 side by side roller conveyor acting as buffers and measuring 0.60m wide x 2.4 meters of length floor fixed, pick-up and place those blanks individually in the plastic comb containers
A2. lays in cavities vertically oriented in a endless motion conveyor measuring 0,60m wide (2 products will be placed in a Conveyor # 3 buffer)
A3. the #3 conveyor will be in charge of empty containers replacing them to the bottom of the process
>>>> The product undergoes industrialization<<<<<<
B. 5 axis output ROBOT ARM (unload the system)
fixed on the ceiling and moving on rails on the X axis with a length of 8 meters and radially 1.2 meters (3 feet overall diameter)
B1. visual identification of the final product (12 different products total) randomly placed in vertically oriented in a endless motion conveyor,
B2. pick and place those products individually in the 6 different plastic comb containers measuring 0.80 meters x 0.50 meters x 0.15 m parked in a maximum radius of 0.75 cm
B3. ROBOT ARM input will be able to help the ROBOT ARM output if overload at unload occurs.
""think about a sub-contractor that need sand blast different glass parts""
if you still need more info, let me know.
All Technology/Software are welcome
