What I need is the file converting as per specs to a 3D CAD design suitable for CNC turning of the part.
The part is made of 2 parts - A head with a 12mm diameter and 6mm thickness with a 16mm long M5 screw thread. The head needs a 1mm dome adding. Thread to start 2mm from head.
The 2nd part is the barrelled end. This comprises of a 12mm dia x 95mm long barrel with one end rounded and a 20mm deep M5 tapped hole in the other.
