I need help preparing some 3D files for printing

I have two finished 3D chitubox files that I need help preparing on chitubox in order to get them printed. The prints keep failing and I would like someone with experience to prepare the files (and screen record the process) so I can see if the prints work and what I'm doing wrong in this process. Please contact me so I can wetansfer the two .stl files to you. All I'm looking for is a finished .ctb file ready to print.
