Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Design details: I'm considering purchasing a large Victorian property which is already converted to three flats across three floors.
The auction is next week, I need someone to look at the current plans and suggest ways of optimising the current floor plan i.e. would it be possible to achieve four flats as the first floor already has seperate access from the rear and what would be a suggested configuration change to existing layouts - the layouts aren't optimised for modern lifestyles.
Current floor plan is included and can provide pictures if needed.
If sucessful at auction it may lead to working together for the conversion.
Target audience: Young professional couples, single people - people who would live in flats
Points of clarification: it is my preference to work with someone with experience of UK building regulations to ensure any proposals are feasible i.e. they will conform to current regulations, sizes of room expected to achieve planning consent from the council etc.
Expectations: PPH doesn't really have a category for this type of job, so thr. Ategory I have chosen isn't ideal, but I am not expecting fully finished 3D renders, what I would like is basic floor plans which demonstrate the best use of the space available.
Timescale: I would need this for Sunday evening in preparation for a meeting on Monday morning.
