I need a simple floorplan for business idea

I am looking for a simple 3D floor plan created for a business idea.

The room will consist of a snooker table and a pool table. The purpose of the floorplan is to show possible customers what the room would look like as I gauge interest in the business idea.

I have attached a outline of the room and positioning, the grey areas are the recommended playing area for both tables.
I would like to add some chairs in the bottom right corner in the white area. The section at the top left is where the entrance might be and a small reception/admin area.

Open to ideas, just looking to add this to a landing page for an instant idea to users of what the project is about.
