I am lookng for a freelancer that will make highest quality of 3d models for real estates propertys in the best price.
today i sell models in sketchup format because i am using a vr program that supports sketchup, if you work with other formats but you have a solution for the VR i will be open minded.
i will supply 2d floorplans of the models and from them there will be need to build the 3d model.
i am looking for the highest quality possible including lightning and environment.
the furniture could be from your furniture but again need to look of high quality.

if you will give a good work with high quality and good price, there will be more projects like that to come in the future.
