I need a 3d model rendered to look like a studio handmade model!!

URGENT: I need this done within 24 hours! By the early hours 18th of January UK time!!

I have a sketchup model of a designed building, i need these models to be rendered to look like studio photographs of how a handmade studio model (e.g. as if made out of cardboard or white card). Below i will provide images of the building that needs to be designed and rendered maybe also photoshopped. I will provide examples of how i would like the end result to be like.

I need 3 overall models

1- 1:100 model of the exterior
2- 1:50 model of the interior room (designed already just need the same, cardboard version made)
3- 1:2500 model of the building in relation to surrounding buildings. (site plan model)
