I need a 3D house render changing with different materials

I have a 3D render of a house that I need changing with different materials to the outside of the house. See attached original file. I do not have the drawings or the model so I need someone with photoshop (or similar skills) to be able to add the materials onto the render.

I need this completing as soon as possible- within 12 hours if possible.

All details will be given upon approval of proposal.
