I need a 3d bin design assembly on solidworks very urgent

I need a solidworks 3d design replication (School Project) deadline saturday afternoon singapore time). There are four components to the bin the cover, the outer bin shell, the inner rotating bin and a simple small Connecter piece.
The cover and outer shell is polycarbonate.
The inner rotating bin in HDPE plastic with natural rubber lining and the connecter piece is aluminium.
I dont have exact blue print but the dimensions you can change as you wish except that the height shud be around 1-1.2m and outer shell diameter shud be between 50-60cm and that the rotating bin diameter should be appropriately sized with regards to the outer shell. I have attached pics for reference as to design.
