I need a 3D artist to model block-buildings onto aerial footage

Industry: Lifestyle/Travel
Design details: Looking for an experienced 3D artist who can camera-track and animate blocks (to represent buildings) onto aerial footage shot in 4K. The camera moves from the ground up to 400ft over approx 15-20 seconds duration. No detail required other than blocks in the shape of proposed new buildings. 2D plans can be supplied for reference. The way the blocks build-in to look slick and interesting.

Extra notes: Attached for reference, is an idea of how basic we need the buildings to be represented. This style of building is to be camera-tracked onto aerial footage (supplied). We will probably keep with white buildings, however we may require them to be different colours (TBC). There won't be as many buildings as shown in the example the exact number will be updated later but assume its under 10 varying from a few larger ones and the rest quite small. The final rendered output will need to be 4K to match our edit workflow.
