I need a 3D animator to re create a historic site for a documentary film

Information for the business: I am an independent documentary director
Industry: Entertainment
Design details: I need a 3D animation artist to help me re create a photo realistic scene of a historic site, that is now just a vacant lot. I am looking for about 90 seconds of finished animation, these can be 10 second shots and just a series of angles
with a slow creeping camera thru the location. I have artists renderings of what the site once looked like, and I have images of the site as it is now.
This is a fairly simple job as it is more geographic features than structures and buildings. Once the modeling is done, it should be easy to pick a few camera angles and render out the needed clips. Project needs to be done in a 2K environment as I will be filming actors to composite into the finished clips, and I will need the extra resolution to do any needed repositioning in a 1920x1080 film.
