I need 3D style svg graphics for animation in a web app

I need simplified 3D-style 2D graphics of industrial facilities in well structured svg format for use in a web app - see attached screenshot for an example. The images will be integrated into the User Interface (UI) code to highlight different aspects of the facility using the svg structure. The svg file behind the screenshot will be provided as an example.
The starting point for the graphics will be various different drawings available for the facility, including technical layout drawings, architectural plans and satellite images. The Graphic Designer will need to interpret these into a simplified format that still conveys all the important information, and also uses the colour palette of the app.
