I'm looking to find a 3D modeller to model architectural projects from AutoCAD plans.
At this time I'm looking for a 3d modeller to model a project from AutoCAD plans (.PDF's), to un-wrap the model with tidy UV's, apply basic (non-textured) materials to objects & provide me with the .obj file. The model needs to be clean, to scale and every element/material clearly named.
I need a quote & time-frame for modelling a medium scale commercial/residential project. (attached is an EXAMPLE, not the final project) This is an EXTERNAL architectural modelling project (very limited internal modelling), so please provide me with relevant works.
